Louisville is the home of great whiskey, fast horses, and some of the world’s greatest brands.

Louisville Brands is a pioneering house of brands strategically positioned to maximize opportunities in the consumer goods market, specifically with bev/alc and plant-based foods. By leveraging a vertically integrated model, we manage every aspect of the product lifecycle—from new product development to manufacturing to sales. This integration enables us to achieve superior margins and unparalleled agility, allowing us to respond rapidly to emerging market trends and consumer demands.

The next “Diageo” or “Brown Forman” will be faster, more responsive to customer insights, and lack the cumbersome attachment to the past that lingers at many public Holdcos. Louisville Brands utilizes design thinking, artificial intelligence, and customer data to discover underserved trends and markets that legacy brands miss or are too slow to chase.

Louisville Brands has a simple thesis – We grow and invest in brands that transcend a transactional relationship with its customers. We establish this relationship by building culture rather than just a brand. Our position is to sell products and serve as ambassadors of each product or brand's culture. Our culture-first thesis allows us to scale brands with staying power that create real customer relationships.

Stillwater has always been a reflection of my journey through this world. The places I’ve visited. The culture I’ve consumed and experienced. The friends I’ve made along the way – musicians, visual artists, vintners, chefs, hop growers, fellow brewers. It’s a dialogue with the things that excite and challenge me.

Stillwater can be profound or profane. Deadly serious or a dirty smirk. Excessive or wholly deconstructed. Rooted in tradition or travelling towards an unexplored future. It can be all of these things at once. It is forever open to your interpretation.

- Founder Brian Strumke

Mugen means infinite. It’s a name that carries the weight of eternity and the freedom of boundless possibility.

Our mission is simple: to create a whiskey that defies time, space, and expectation - - whiskey that feels eternal.

Following the discovery of the possibility of half-horse, half-human cryptid remains existing somewhere along the Bourbon Trail, Party Horses realized their higher purpose lay not in the immediate future of the blockchain but straight from another immutable source: the fossil record. Shortly after the first phase of the Party Horses project concluded in Summer 2022, several members of the team secretly locked themselves away, pouring over historical databases and registries. They regularly used the internet, which is always correct, as their compass.

On a particularly rousing evening at the dig site, Party Horses artist Robby Davis fell into a fugue-like trance and began feverishly drawing a composite sketch named Paddock Bardstown, and what he would have looked like centuries ago. The results quieted the site and put a chill in the air. “I don’t know what happened”, said Davis. “I came to and everyone was acting weird and looking at me funny. It was uncomfortable. Plus, my hand was sore, and my socks were missing, so I went home.”

Research led them to the theory that the remains could be that of the Legendary Paddock Bardstown, whose influence on humanity, they learned, could not be overstated. A shadowy cabal seemed to be suppressing proof of Paddock Bardstown’s existence, and the Party Horses Team ascertained the cabal did so because such proof threatened the fabric of nearly every theory of creation and evolution.

“When Prometheus gave humans fire, the Party Horses movement was already lit,” said CMO Brooks Thomas. “Paddock Bardstown gave fire to Prometheus.”
